Take the first steps in registering as a freelance CART provider:
- Go to https://hissign.usked.com/provider/create.php to create an account in Usked, our online scheduling platform.
- You will receive an email with a link to continue creating an account.
- Select the service “HIS Sign CART Application.”
- After your account is created, you will be prompted to complete the HIS Sign CART application and upload your resume.
Your application and resume will be reviewed and the Registration Team will contact you with information about the registration process.

While HIS Sign encourages CART Providers to pursue certification, we do work with non-certified CART Providers with strong experience/qualifications. Please note that some of our customers require NCRA or NVRA certification.
We offer onsite and remote CART services for court/legal proceedings, all stages of education including advanced and technical graduate courses, federal and local government, one on one and group business meetings or calls, conferences, conventions, medical and more.
