HIS Sign VRI Application Setup Procedures - Step #2


Schedule to have your installation verified and tested with one of our staff:


Step #2a: Use the form below, call or email us to set up a date/time to verify your access and validate that you are ready to access the HIS Sign video interpreting services.


Step #2b: We will use the information from your VRI Service Agreement to set up your account.  Once created, we will email you the ID and Password(s) you and your staff will use for access to the HIS Sign video interpreting services application.


Step #2c: At the scheduled time, one of our staff will call you by phone and walk you through placing a call.  We will go over all aspects of the application and validate that your network connectivity will support live calls.


In a crunch, Expedited Application setup can be requested (See "Expedited Setup Fee" on the VRI Pricing Options Page). Utilizing this option, you can be up and working within an hour or two on a compatible device.
